Our Goal
Our goal is to help remove financial barriers so our patients can receive the dental treatment they need and desire. Prior to scheduling any treatment, we are happy to provide patients with an estimate of costs. Many patients have some type of dental insurance. In the majority of cases, we are able and pleased to assist you in maximizing your benefits. At your first visit, we will ask you for current insurance information. We may ask you to confirm this information at subsequent visits, so we can remain up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. Insured patients will receive cost estimates broken down by insured and uninsured costs. We ask that you pay uninsured costs the day services are rendered.
Dental Insurance & Payment Plans
We strive to help our patients receive the dental treatment they need and desire without any financial hurdles. We offer a Dental Health Plan for those without insurance. Our Dental Health Plan includes: 2 cleanings, 2 exams, all of your x-rays, fluoride, emergency exam and x-ray. Also includes a 15% courtesy on any work you have done.
We work with Anthem Complete, Grid and Blue 300. Additionally, we are in network with Paramount, and Delta Dental Premiere to help insured patients maximize their benefits. Prior to scheduling any treatment, we provide patients with cost estimates. For insured patients, we break down costs by insured and uninsured. Uninsured costs are due on the day of service. Please provide us with your current insurance information and confirm it at subsequent visits, so we can serve you fully informed.
Payment Options
We are very insurance friendly, and currently in-network with Anthem Complete and Grid, Paramount and Delta Dental Premiere.
Please call our office if you have questions about your dental insurance. For patients covered by insurance, we will accept assignment of benefits. This means that you sign the portion of your insurance that “assigns” payment to our office. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. It is because of this, and the extreme delay in receiving payment from insurance companies, that you are asked to pay your deductible and your portion of charges at the time services are rendered. All estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined. As a courtesy to you, we file claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and we track claims for you.
We Offer CareCredit® Financing
CareCredit® offers a full range of payment plans, so you can find one that works well for you. CareCredit® also allows for revolving payments with a variable interest rate, and up to 12 months of 0% interest, if paid in full. It can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply, too.
